RT9179 是一款高性能線性穩壓器，具有使能控制和可調的輸出電壓，其參考電壓源為 1.175V。其工作電壓範圍為 3V~5.5V，可輸出高達 300mA 的電流，通過兩隻外接電阻可在 1.175V~4.5V 之間設定其輸出電壓。RT9179 具有全輸入範圍和全負載範圍內的優良電壓調節性能，對負載瞬變具有快速回應能力。它還具有過流保護和過溫保護功能，其使能端可使其進入關機狀態以降低消耗。RT9179 的封裝是 SOT-23-5。
